Brian E. Whitley

Of Counsel

Brian Whitley is of counsel in the firm's Business Services practice group. He has represented both local and national banks, and borrowers, in various loan transactions, including construction loans, acquisition and development loans, term loans, and lines of credit, and also in connection with loan modifications and workouts.  Mr. Whitley also represents nonprofit corporations and other businesses in tax-exempt financing transactions.

Mr. Whitley’s experience also includes representing clients in a variety of other business and real estate matters, including business formations, real estate purchase and sale contracts, and lease agreements. His experience includes representation of hospitals, physicians and other health care providers.

Mr. Whitley received his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 1991.
